Golden Kaleidoscope: Say Yes to Denim!

Say Yes to Denim!

Fashion To Figure Denim

Hey guys! If you go a few posts back you will see how much I complained about the cold. But now I'm ready for some chilly weather LOL! I know, I'm a mess, but after all of this heat you’re probably ready too!

Speaking of chilly weather, let's talk about a fall/winter staple, denim jeans. I don't know about you, but jeans are the hardest thing for me to find. I'm always having to size up or down, because of these huge thighs of mine. My denim problems were solved late last year with Fashion to Figure. They have become my main source for jeans. As far as fit, and style options, in my opinion

Fashion to Figure recently did a denim re-launch. I didn't think it could get any better, but it totally has! They've spent an entire year working on the fit, quality, and designs of their denim, and it definitely shows. The price point of their jeans are perfect for the quality. Also, Fashion to Figure told me that their basic denim styles will ALWAYS be in stock online and in store! How awesome is that.

Here are three different outfits all thanks to Fashion to Figure!

These patch work denim jeans are THE TRUTH! Another brand I will not mention had a similar pair but the fit was awful. These jeans had the right amount of stretch and the fit is perfection.

I'll be the first to admit I stay far away from light wash denim. Most of the time it shows EVERYTHING. I fell in LOVE with these. The fit and stretch were perfect. The material is thick and light weight enough to wear in the summer or fall. They're slightly distressed and made my but look amazing. That's what it's all about right? lol

I thought I was over peplum until I saw this gorgeous aqua green top. Isn't it everything!!

I will be honest about these jeans. I saw them on the site and of course I loved them. Who isn't a huge fan of black distressed jeans? The fit of these weren't that great. I would suggest sizing up. There isn't much stretch to these. Just size up one and you'll be fine.

  1. I have to admit, it is really hard looking for the right jeans. Ive always had problems with that *thanks big thighs and booty*. Especially here in Germany I find that the pants in general are cut small on the thighs and super big at the waist, so when I size up, my waist is floating in the pants. If I find a style that fits good around my legs and waist, I usually alter them myself to a "skinny" jean style.

  2. Weeerk Essie! Love all the looks. I loathe jeans shopping because of my hips, thighs and gut. But I may have to try F2F denim. Thanks for sharing!
